I cooked these in the pan with just a little butter and seasoning - they needed nothing else, the flavour and texture is all in the fantastic quality of the steaks! Delicious and decadent weekend treat - will be purchasing again.

Tried the chicken this time, steaks always great, chicken really full of flavour. Neck fillet amazing. I can't praise Primal enough - only downside is I need to order some more :-)
