Our native breed pigs are Pasture raised and finished, they are happy roaming the “Piggy Bank” on the side of the hills in the Eden Valley.

Slow grown on mature pasture that is rich in herbs and minerals. We love to see our pigs rooting through the shrubs and trees, they are slower grown which makes for a leaner, fuller flavoured pork.
